Conferences & AGMs

We use the latest technology to change conferences for the better. Your attendees will benefit from a better learning experience.

Avoid frantic note taking

Active listening

Understand every speaker

We can take what a speaker says and deliver it, word-for-word, to your attendees, in three ways:

1. Live feed to client laptops

The live feed of verbatim text is wirelessly delivered to client laptops via encrypted WI-FI. The text can optionally be scrolled, searched, saved and printed. 'Text Auto Updating' means you have a clean copy of the transcript almost when the event ends.

2. Live feed to screens in conference halls

The live feed of verbatim text can be projected onto large screens in conference halls. The display shows a full screen of large scrolling text, like an auto-cue. Alternatively, it can show three lines of scrolling text at the base of a live video of the person speaking, like in TV subtitling.

3. Live feed to your website

The live feed of verbatim text is delivered to your client’s (secure) website, where text can be scrolled, searched and optionally saved and printed. This means the live transcript can be scrolled and read on a Blackberry, iPhone, or other smart phone, anywhere.

With this new technology, you can now offer your live conference to customers who are unable to travel, thereby offering you an additional revenue stream.

Within the stenography industry, the yard-stick for measuring the overall quality of a stenograph service is the number of reporters at or near to “realtime” standard. Put simply, it is the accuracy level at which live text output can be broadcast to large screens at a conference.

We are proud to say that many of our reporters are at this 'realtime' standard, while the remainder are almost there.

While we always record audio as a precaution, it is merely a backup, rather than the main system.
